Located in Oil City, Pa., Oakwood Heights is one of three Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities in northwestern Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on having communities that make aging easier and add quality to this stage of life.

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network of the Presbytery of Lake Erie has provided a home and sense of family for older adults since 1943. Our humble beginnings as a caring domicile for the chronically ill has evolved to an expansive role as a residence of choice for older adults of all faiths and abilities.
